Responsibilities:

• Provide anesthesia care for outpatient cases
• Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals
• Participate in advancing healthcare practices and initiatives

Job highlights

• Hours: Full-time, 4 shifts per week, 43 weeks per year, 8 paid holidays. Cases scheduled Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. No weekends or overnight call.

Cases Seen: All outpatient cases, including specialties like Ortho, GI, General Surgery, GYN (No OB), Eyes, Hand, Podiatry, ENT, and some Pediatric Anesthesia. Large amount of regional anesthesia/peripheral nerve blocks.

Qualifications:

• Required:
• Current state licensure as a registered nurse in Washington
• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia educational program
• Certification by the Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists or recertification by the Council on Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists
• 2+ years of experience in a full-spectrum anesthesia practice with proficiency in ultrasound-guided peripheral nerve blocks
• Maintain ACLS, BLS, and PALS certification
• Preferred: Experience working in an ASC environment
