In this role, you will play a critical part in overseeing nursing care, ensuring residents' needs are met with excellence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily supervision of nursing assistants to ensure quality care.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with medical orders and resident care plans.
• Manage and maintain clinical documentation and prepare administrative reports as required.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support residents' health and well-being.
• Participate in inspections, audits, and quality assurance activities to uphold regulatory compliance and care standards.

Requirements:

• Active LPN/LVN license, compliant with state regulations.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices and regulations.
• Preferred: Clinical experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting.
