Position Description
Title: Manager RN - Emergency Department
Location: Seattle, WA
Duration: Full-Time, Permanent Shift: 8-Hour Shifts
Pay Rate: $125,255 - $196,560/year
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in n Nursing (BSN).
- upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.
- upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- Experienced Registered Nurse. Previous clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in a Tertiary Care facility is required.
- 2 years Nursing leadership.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Nursing.
- upon hire: TNCC and CEN
Day to Day:
Manage daily patient care operations in the Emergency Department
Ensure compliance with financial performance targets and regulatory standards
Collaborate with the Medical Director to oversee department policies and continuous improvement
Maintain effective relationships with hospital leadership and various departments
Provide exemplary customer service to patients, families, and staff
