Registered Nurse (RN) – On-Site in Centralia, WA

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our collaborative and caring team in a well-established post-acute care center aiming to provide care in a nurturing, transitional environment between hospital and home. In this role, you will work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive, person-centered care. Your Role as an RN

• Provide exceptional nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assess and monitor residents’ health, responding promptly to changes.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure optimal outcomes for residents.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in Washington State.
• Strong clinical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented approach.
• Experience in post-acute or long-term care is a plus.
